Alaina Burrows is a senior at Sehome this year and is a reporter for her second year on The Rising Tide. At school, Burrows doesn't participate in many activities. She has been involved with hiking club for two years which is a great club to hangout with friends and enjoy nature. Outside of school, Burrows spends most of her time dancing and working with children. Burrows has been dancing since she was two years old and recently quit due to injury. In college, she hopes to return to dance as a side activity while hoping to receive a degree for teaching. During a zombie apocalypse, Burrows would take all her valuables into her ropes course and climb to the tallest tree and then cut the rope so the zombies would not be able to climb it. If Burrows could have any pet, it would be a mini chameleon named pascal like the one in Tangled because Burrows loves Disney.
