The Upfront in a local improv theater run by resident Bellingham actors for the benefit of everyone who enjoys a good laugh or skit.

Mt. Baker Theater

On weekends, the office opens 2 hours prior to show time.

 

The Mt. Baker Theater puts on shows regularly, offering a range of styles from folk song performances to Broadway hits. Tickets are far more pricey than many other places on this list, but it is quality entertainment.

Dark Tower Games

Dark Tower Games offers a safe haven for Bellingham’s ample population of nerds and geeks. Their store features playing cards such as Magic: The Gathering and Yu-Gi-Oh, table top role-playing games like Dungeons and Dragons, and countless other hobbies for people to pass the time with.

Pickford Film Center

The Pickford is a local cinema that shows live streamed plays, independent and award-winning movies. They offer a smaller-scale alternative to Regal Cinemas’ massive complex on the other side of town.

The Ruckus Room is an old school arcade where individuals, friends, and families can spend time and quarters to play classic games including Pac-man, pinball, and air hockey, all while grazing on the food and drinks offered to customers.
